We hope to make this a primer on marketing for small businesses in our region.

Helping your business grow in Northwest Pennsylvania....

Marketing your business in this region can be challenging. It takes a little more creativity, a little more effort, and a lot more patience.

We've assembled our team to meet those challenges for you.

Made up of the most talented professionals anywhere, the individuals on our team have deep roots here and a strong desire to see this beautiful area thrive and grow. They also understand the need for preservation and sustainability.

Sometimes fast growth can be almost as harmful as no growth. They'll work with you to develop a marketing plan that allows for growth at a comfortable, manageable pace. Fast business growth can often lead to changes in the quality of life in an area. Crime, high-volume traffic, demands on resources and social issues can creep up on an area when growth is happening too fast. Our team will help you preserve those things that make rural Pennsylvania so special.

This marketing initiative is designed to help new, small and medium-sized businesses. Each industry has its own team of experts to assist in the development of a marketing plan. Your business will be assigned to your industry's marketing team. With a new marketing plan in hand, your business will then be added to the regional marketing efforts designed to bring awareness, information and most importantly - sales -  to you business.

Because this is a regional effort, our fees are subsidized by government grants so high quality, high impact marketing is going to cost you less. In addition, our marketing strategy is focused on collaboration which further reduces the cost of growing your business in Northwest Pennsylvania.

Below, you'll find an example of how tourism is being promoted through the collaboration of local business and industry in an initiative called the PA Wilds, another successful project led by Pennsylvania Small Business Ombudsman Tataboline Enos and her team.
